Oikom Ltd. as the Coordinating Organisation is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and execution of the project, encompassing both strategic and operational duties. This includes the technical and scientific coordination led by the Project Manager, who oversees quality control, resource management, crisis handling, and communication with stakeholders. Additionally, Oikom Ltd. is responsible for the project administration and coordination, as well as the financial reporting, documentation, and communication between project teams, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines and budgets.

SCIENTIFIC ASSOCIATE: HCMR/IMBRIW
The research activities of the project will be implemented by scientists with experience in relevant national and European projects of the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research (HCMR) – Institute of Marine Biological Resources and Inland Waters (IMBRIW). HCMR will provide its state-of the art field and laboratory equipment for the collection of field data. These will also include HCMR library facilities and relevant databases.

Technical implementation of specific restoration projects by an external constructor (e.g. fish passages, NbS constructions).
